Draft
- We have 10 teams participating
- We hold a live draft before the NFL’s regular season starts. Draft order is determined by drawing names from a hat.
- During the first round teams draft players in order (1 – 10). The second round teams draft in reverse order (10 – 1). Each odd numbered round teams draft in order, and each even numbered round teams draft in reverse order.
Rosters / lineups
- A team may have up to 17 players
- 2 defensive teams must be drafted. After the draft, teams may have 0, 1, or 2 defensive teams on the roster
- We play head to head against other teams in the league, and play a new game every week. The starting lineup consists of
- 1 quarterback
- 2 running backs
- 3 receivers (wide receiver or tight end)
- 1 flex position (running back or receiver)
- 1 kicker
- 1 team defense / special teams

- Passing
- Touchdown pass: 4 points
- Every 20 passing yards: 1 point
- Two point conversion thrown: 2 points

Playoffs
- The regular season lasts 13 weeks. The top 6 teams from the league are eligible to participate in the championship bracket. The remaining teams participate in the consolation bracket.
- The playoff participants are determined by the regular season record. In the case of a tie, this is the order of tie-breakers:
- Head to head matchups (tied teams records vs each other)
- Total points scored
- Week 1 of playoffs (NFL Week 14)
- Championship bracket
- 1st and 2nd seeds get a bye
- 3rd vs 6th
- 4th vs 5th
- Consolation bracket
- 7th vs 10th
- 8th vs 9th
- Championship bracket
- Week 2 of playoffs (NFL Week 15)

- 1st seed vs lowest of the Playoff Week 1 winners

- Two winning teams from Week 2 of the championship bracket matchup to determine 1st and 2nd place
- Two losers from Week 2 of the championship bracket matchup to determine 3rd and 4th place
- Lineup must be submitted before NFL Week 16. The same lineup must be used for NFL Weeks 16 and 17
